Hi, I’m Alessia Luisa

I am a pastry chef specialized in plant-based pastry and the founder of Vegan Pastry Club and Vegan Pastry Academy.

After graduating from ALMA and years of experience between London and Sydney, today I teach vegan pastry online and in person to students from all over the world.

I know that plant-based pastry can seem complicated at first, because it is not about replacing one single ingredient, but many ingredients together. That is why my goal is to teach you a clear and professional method to create beautiful, delicious and reliable vegan desserts.

With over 10 years of experience, I combine classical technique and plant-based innovation to show that almost every dessert can be recreated without animal ingredients, without giving up taste, aesthetics and quality.
