Ingredients

100 g desiccated coconut
110 g condensed milk
CONDENSED MILK
200 g plant-based milk
180 g powdered sugar
35 g block margarine
1/2 vanilla pod (optional)
COATING
150 g dark chocolate
40 g seed oil
Bounty are small, indulgent coconut and chocolate treats, one after another, and they are really very simple to make. To make vegan condensed milk at home follow this recipe, then once cooled make the bounty.

In a bowl weigh the condensed milk and the desiccated coconut.

Mix well with a spatula until you obtain a moist, compact mixture.

Transfer onto a piece of baking paper, press well and create a rectangle about 15x12cm. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Then cut the shorter side in half and then the longer side into 6 pieces. In this way obtain 12 bounty.

Take each piece and press it well by hand to give it a more rounded shape. Place in the freezer. Melt the dark chocolate together with the seed oil in the microwave or in a bain-marie until smooth and fluid.

Prepare the work surface with a sheet of baking paper, the frozen bounty, the melted chocolate, a fork and a small bowl with some desiccated coconut. One at a time dip the bounty in the chocolate with the fork, let the excess chocolate drip off, place on baking paper. Repeat with all the bounty.

Finally decorate by making stripes by dripping chocolate with the fork, and before the chocolate solidifies add a little desiccated coconut.

Place on a tray in the refrigerator.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
