115 g rolled oats
76 g maple syrup
50 g pecan nuts
50 g hazelnuts
50 g whole almonds
50 g cashews
100 g dark chocolate
38 g candied ginger pieces
Granola is a perfect option for a healthy breakfast, to add to plant-based milk or yogurt. It's so simple that it only takes a few minutes to make at home. It is made with rolled oats and then additionally dried fruit, chocolate, etc. It can be created in a thousand different variations, so you can decide which dried fruit to use.

Preheat the static oven to 170°C. Coarsely chop all the dried fruit: pecan nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews. Then mix the dried fruit together with the rolled oats and the maple syrup.

Spread the granola on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Let cool at room temperature for half an hour then add the dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate and the candied ginger pieces.

Mix well then transfer to a container.

Storage

Store at room temperature in a closed container for up to 1 month.
