FAQ – frequently asked questions

How long can I access the lessons?

Enrollments have no expiry date, so the course is yours forever and you can watch it as many times as you like.

Can I download the files?

Yes, you can download all the files included in the course, such as recipe booklets, theory slides, ebooks, tables, etc.

Videos cannot be downloaded.

How does it work?

  1. Choose the course, add it to your cart and complete the payment.
  2. You will receive a temporary password by email, which you can use to log in or replace via the link in that same email.
  3. Log in.
  4. Your profile page will open and you will find all the courses you have purchased.
  5. Choose the course, click on it and follow the lessons.

How can I follow the lessons?

The platform is accessible from PC, laptop, tablet or mobile phone, although for the best user experience we recommend using a device with a larger screen.

Are the courses live?

No, all courses are pre-recorded: you decide when to follow them, there are no fixed schedules.

Who are the courses for?

  • Industry professionals
    Business owners who want to expand their restaurant / pastry line by adding dairy-free, egg-free, 100% vegan desserts to reach more customers and have a dessert for everyone.

Pastry chefs or students who want to learn new techniques and ingredients.

  • Amateurs or those who made an ethical choice
    Those who want to learn how to prepare desserts at home without animal ingredients, to amaze friends and family and avoid failures.

Can I follow these courses even if I have no professional experience?

No professional experience is required. You will be guided from start to finish through all the preparations and everything will be explained in great detail.

What matters most is your desire and motivation to learn, taking the necessary time and following all the lessons.

What equipment do I need to follow this course?

You will need:

  • An electronic device with an Internet connection (PC, tablet or smartphone)
  • Basic pastry tools, such as a stand mixer (or electric whisks), hand blender, spatulas, piping bags, oven, fridge, freezer, thermometer, trays, molds, kitchen scales and precision scales, etc.

Each course is different and may require specific tools and molds.

Do I need special ingredients?

Ingredients vary depending on the course, so there is no single answer. In each course you will find:

  • a list of the ingredients used
  • suggestions on where to buy them

Most ingredients are common in pastry. Sometimes more professional ingredients are needed and can be purchased online: this is to give you the best possible result (texture, structure, final outcome).

These courses are designed to help you learn vegan pastry at its best and achieve high-level results. To do so, supermarket ingredients are not always enough; sometimes professional substitutes for eggs, cream, gelatine, etc. are necessary.

How can I pay?

You can choose between 2 payment methods:

  • Stripe (debit, credit or prepaid card)
  • PayPal (with your account or a card, even without an account)

Is VAT included in the course price?

Our company is VAT-exempt, therefore you will not be charged any VAT.

Can I get a business invoice?

Yes. After completing your enrollment, send an email to info@veganpastryacademy.com specifying:

  • order number
  • the email used for registration
  • company name and type
  • VAT number or tax code
  • address, ZIP code, city
  • PEC or SDI recipient code

Can I cancel my enrollment?

Since these are online courses with immediate access to all content (both videos and downloadable materials), it is not possible to cancel the enrollment.
