Can I download the files?

Yes, you can download all the files included in the course, such as recipe books, theoretical slides, ebooks, tables, etc.

The videos, however, cannot be downloaded.

Can I take these courses even if I don’t have professional experience?

What equipment do I need to take this course?
  • You will need an electronic device with an internet connection, such as a PC, tablet, or smartphone.
  • You will also need basic pastry tools, such as a stand mixer (or electric whisks), hand blender, spatulas, piping bags, oven, refrigerator, freezer, thermometer, baking trays, molds, a kitchen scale, and a precision scale. Each course is different and may require specific equipment and molds.
Do I need any special ingredients?

Most of the ingredients are common in pastry making, but sometimes more professional ingredients may be needed, which can be purchased online. This ensures the best possible results, texture, and structure for your creations. These courses are designed to teach vegan pastry at the highest level, so to achieve spectacular results, it’s not always possible to use only supermarket ingredients; professional ingredients that effectively replace eggs, cream, gelatin, etc., are often required.

How can I pay?

You can choose between two payment methods:

  •  PayPal, using your account or a card if you don’t have an account
Does the course price include VAT?

Our company is exempt from VAT, so you will not have to pay any VAT.

Can I get a business invoice?

For a business invoice, after completing your registration, send an email to info@veganpastryacademy.com including:

  • Order number
  • Email used for registration
  • Company name and type
  • VAT number or tax code
  • Address, postal code, and city
  • PEC or SDI recipient code
Can I cancel my enrollment?

Since these are online courses with immediate access to all video and downloadable content, it is not possible to cancel the enrollment.
