Can I download the files?
Yes, you can download all the files included in the course, such as recipe books, theoretical slides, ebooks, tables, etc.
Videos, however, cannot be downloaded.

What equipment do I need for this course?

- Basic pastry tools, such as a stand mixer (or electric whisks), hand blender, spatulas, piping bags, oven, refrigerator, freezer, thermometer, baking trays, molds, kitchen scale, and a precision scale
- Each course may require specific tools and molds
Do I need any special ingredients?
Ingredients vary by course, and each course provides a list of required ingredients with suggestions on where to buy them.
Most ingredients are common in pastry making, but some professional ingredients may be needed and can be purchased online. These are necessary to achieve the best results, texture, and structure, especially for vegan replacements of eggs, cream, gelatin, etc.
How can I pay?
You can choose between two payment methods:

- PayPal, using your account or a card if you don’t have an account
Does the course price include VAT?
Our company is exempt from VAT, so you will not have to pay any VAT.

- Email used for registration
- Company name and type
- VAT number or tax code
- Address, postal code, and city
- PEC or SDI recipient code
Can I cancel my enrollment?
Since these are online courses with immediate access to all video and downloadable content, it is not possible to cancel the enrollment.
