General Conditions

Introduction and Effectiveness of the General Conditions
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, “General Conditions”) govern the purchase of products and services made remotely and made available via the internet through the website www.veganpastryacademy.com (hereinafter, the “Site”) in compliance with Italian law, Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and integrations (hereinafter, the “Consumer Code”).

The seller of the products and owner of the Site is Alessia Luisa, with registered office in Capiago Intimiano, 22070 Capiago Intimiano CO, VAT number 03964290138. Email address: info@veganpastryacademy.com (hereinafter, the “Company”).

Consumers accessing the Site to make purchases (hereinafter, “Customer”) must read these General Conditions carefully before submitting an order. These are available on the Site and can be accessed at any time, including through the link in the confirmation email for each order, allowing the Customer to reproduce and store them.

If a person making purchases on the Site requests an invoice or is not considered a “consumer or user” as defined in Article 3, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Consumer Code, the withdrawal rights under Articles 7 and 8 of these General Conditions and, more generally, the provisions of the Consumer Code that apply only to “consumers” will not apply.

Contracts concluded with www.veganpastryacademy.com through the Site are governed by these General Conditions in accordance with Italian law. The language for concluding the contract is Italian.

Registration
To use the Service, the Customer can create an account by providing all required information completely and truthfully.
It is not possible to use the Service without creating a User account.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and confidential. Users must choose a password that meets the highest security standards available on veganpastryacademy.com.

By creating an account, the Customer accepts full responsibility for any activity carried out using their login credentials. Users must immediately notify the Owner via the contact details provided in this document if they believe their personal information, such as their User account, login credentials, or personal data, has been compromised, illegally shared, or stolen.

Account Closure
The Customer may close their account and stop using the Service at any time by:

  • Using the account closure tools available on veganpastryacademy.com
  • Contacting the Owner via the contact details in this document

However, account closure will be suspended until the expiration of any paid subscription services purchased by the Customer.

Account Suspension and Deletion
The Owner reserves the right to suspend or delete a User account at any time, at its discretion and without notice, if deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

Suspension or deletion of the account does not entitle the Customer to any compensation, refund, or indemnity.

Account suspension or deletion due to reasons attributable to the User does not exempt the Customer from payment of applicable fees or prices.

Content on veganpastryacademy.com
Unless otherwise specified, all content available on veganpastryacademy.com is owned or provided by the Owner or its licensors.

The Owner takes utmost care to ensure that the content on veganpastryacademy.com does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights. However, this is not always guaranteed. In such cases, without prejudice to legally enforceable rights, Customers are requested to direct complaints to the contact details specified in this document.

Rights to Content
The Owner expressly reserves all intellectual property rights on such content.

Customers are not authorized to use the content in any way that is not necessary or implied for proper use of the Service.

Specifically, but not exclusively, Users may not copy, download, share beyond the specified limits, modify, translate, process, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, transform, transfer/assign to third parties, or create derivative works from the content on veganpastryacademy.com, nor allow third parties to do so through their account or device.

Where expressly indicated on veganpastryacademy.com, the Customer is authorized to download, copy, and/or share certain content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, observing attribution requirements and any other conditions specified by the Owner.

Copyright law limitations and exclusions remain in effect.

User-Provided Content
The Owner allows Customers to upload, share, or provide content on veganpastryacademy.com.

By providing content, the Customer declares they are legally authorized to do so and confirms that the content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

The Customer is solely responsible for the content uploaded, published, shared, or otherwise provided.

The Customer acknowledges that the Owner may filter or moderate content after it is made available.

The Owner reserves the right to refuse, remove, delete, or block content at its discretion and to deny access to the Site without notice if content violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or poses a risk to Users, third parties, the Owner, or Service availability.

Removal, deletion, or blocking of content does not entitle the Customer to any compensation, refund, or indemnity.

Customers agree to indemnify the Owner against any claims or damages arising from content they provide or offer on veganpastryacademy.com.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Paid Products
Some products offered on veganpastryacademy.com are paid.

Rates, duration, and conditions applicable to the sale of these products are described on the Site and in the relevant product sections.

To purchase products, the Customer must register or log in.

Choosing and Ordering Products
The features and price of products for sale on the Site (hereinafter “Product” or “Products”) are provided on each product page.

To purchase Products, the Customer must complete and submit the electronic order form following the instructions on the Site. The Customer must add the Product to the “Cart,” review and accept the General Conditions and Privacy Policy, enter billing information and email for account creation, select the desired payment method, and confirm the order.

Submitting the order constitutes a contractual proposal, and the Customer acknowledges they have read all information during the purchase process and accept these General Conditions in full.

The contract between Alessia Luisa and the Customer is concluded upon acceptance of the order by Alessia Luisa, communicated via email containing the order confirmation, a link to these General Conditions, the order number, billing information, list of ordered Products with essential characteristics, and total price.

The Customer has 12 hours from receiving the confirmation email to report errors; after this, the order will be processed and no further changes accepted, without prejudice to Consumer rights under Article 7.

Product Information
Product information, features, and codes are available on the Site. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ in color or size; the written product description prevails in case of discrepancies.

Prices
Prices include all taxes and are in Euros.

Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are indicated during the purchase process.

All payments are processed by third-party services. veganpastryacademy.com does not collect payment data but receives notification once payment is successful.

If a payment fails or is declined, the Owner is not obliged to process the order and may request reimbursement of any costs or damages.

Payments can be made via Stripe (credit card) or PayPal.

Reserve of Usage Rights
Full usage rights of purchased Products are not acquired until full payment is received.

Delivery
Purchased services are delivered according to the times indicated on the Site or communicated before the order.

Invoicing
Professionals may request invoices via email to info@veganpastryacademy.com with complete billing information, including tax code or VAT. The invoice will be sent via email. Professionals are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Digital Products (eBooks)
Consumers can exercise the right of withdrawal only until the download begins. Once download starts with consumer consent, the right of withdrawal is lost.

E-Learning at VEGAN PASTRY ACADEMY

Responsibilities and Obligations
The Customer agrees to act in good faith, specifically:

  • Not to transfer the product to third parties
  • To perform lesson viewing and exercises personally

Contract Duration
Online courses, masterclasses, and training paths have no expiration and are available as long as Vegan Pastry Academy operates. Upon closure, customers will lose access.

Withdrawal Conditions
Consumers knowingly agree to waive the right of withdrawal under Art. 59, c.1 lett. a) and o) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as the courses are delivered digitally with full access via credentials (username and password).

Expulsion
Users may be expelled for serious or repeated violations, including:

  • Providing false information during registration or failing to pay
  • Sharing course materials or using them to create other courses

Expulsion results in loss of access, certification, and paid amounts.

Complaints
Complaints must be submitted via the contact form on the Site or email to info@veganpastryacademy.com. Alessia Luisa will respond within 7 working days.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The contract is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For disputes regarding interpretation, execution, or resolution, the competent court is that of the Customer’s residence or domicile in Italy if the Customer is a consumer.
